Debra Tucker is the Office Manager on our SERVPRO team in Memphis. She began here in 2001, and has worked almost every role within the industry. Her variety of experience and length of service makes her an excellent resource for our team! She has a loving husband, 2 boys, and likes to travel.
Dana Cook
Dana Cook is a Job File Coordinator on our SERVPRO team in Memphis. She is responsible for job file management and several office functions designed to keep the business operating smoothly while maintaining customer experience as the primary concern. She enjoys using her industry knowledge to help customers understand the details of the restoration process.
Cheryl Woods
Cheryl is a Job File Coordinator with us at our SERVPRO team in Memphis. Among other things, she is responsible for job tracking, scheduling reporting, and customer satisfaction. Cheryl is an essential part to our daily operations.

RJ Barnett
RJ, or uncle Ron, as many affectionately call him, works as Production Manager / Commercial Sales at SERVPRO of Germantown / Collierville. He's our mold expert and does a great job of explaining technical details to our customers. He's certified in WRT, ASD, FRST, CCT, UFT, AMRT, and more. With his experience, he is ready to serve you!
Jeff Hobbs
Jeff, our Sales and Marketing Manager, has worked on our team since 2009. He is responsible for managing aspects of business development. He estimates jobs, visits work sites, and is a liaison between clients, insurance companies, and SERVPRO, in order to help homeowners understand how the job is progressing. Jeff participates in social events to educate the public in disaster prevention, response, and services SERVPRO offers.
Cody Stultz
Cody is one of our Production Managers on our Memphis SERVPRO of Germantown / Collierville team. He embodies the meaning of “team player” and is always ready to listen and take appropriate action. Cody joined Team Nicholson in 2022 with over 5 years of supervision experience.
Derrion Chatman
Derrion is one of our Production Managers for SERVPRO of Germantown / Collierville. We can always depend on him for our specialty jobs. Eager to take care of business, he's dependable and a friend to everyone.
Diego Sachez

Jessica takes pride in making customers happy as well as making their homes beautiful again. She has one daughter with whom she loves hiking, biking, camping, and kayaking.
Andrew Hess
Andrew is a Construction Project Manager with us in Memphis on SERVPRO Team Nicholson. In this role he is responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, and management, in order to successfully execute high quality service.
Jeff Truitt
Before joining Team Nicholson as our COO, Jeff Truitt served as Chief of Staff to Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett and as CEO of Clarksville-Montgomery County's Economic Development Council. Jeff has been devoted to the Clarksville community since setting roots here in 1992, while serving in the US Air Force, attached to Ft. Campbell Special Forces units. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife, Kristi, and daughter, Macy.
Bill Shook
Serving as Team Nicholson's Chief of Production, Bill Shook holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from Tarleton University and WRT, AMRT, ASD, FSRT, and Lead Based Paint certifications. With more than 16 years of experience in the restoration industry, Bill focuses on talent development, process optimization, and strategy across our multi-franchise group.
Brian Bell
Brian Bell joined us at Team Nicholson in 2017 as CFO. He brings extensive experience in Accounting and Education and holds certification in Xactimate. A Clarksville native, Brian is based in our downtown satellite office at Team Nicholson's TN headquarters.
Eddy Ritsema
Eddy Ritsema began his journey with Team Nicholson on our SERVPRO of Montgomery County Reconstruction team. He has since transitioned to Regional Training Consultant, heading up training and process improvement in our Fort Worth, TX and Memphis, TN locations. He brings more than 6 years of insurance adjusting and claims handling experience.
Cassie Wyatt
Cassie Wyatt, our Financial Controller, joined Team Nicholson in 2014. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix along with Xactimate and DryBook experience. She leads our talented accounting team in ensuring our franchises' financial stability and success.
Christy Govea
Christy Govea serves as Team Nicholson's Payroll Director. She offers more than 15 years of valuable experience in the Human Resources and Customer Service fields. Christy is a Clarksville, TN, native and is based in our downtown satellite office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, and is a Jeep enthusiast!
Bill Repsel
A member of our team since 2013, Bill Repsel is a true pillar of our administrative staff. He serves as both Executive Administrator to Team Nicholson and Office Manager in our SERVPRO of Montgomery County location. Bill holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, and is DryBook and Xactimate certified. Outside of work, Bill enjoys cooking, singing, and spending time with his wife and family.
Trey Davis
Trey is our IT specialist. He has worn many hats since joining our team at the beginning of 2023. Before joining us as a Job File Coordinator and Dispatcher, he had 7+ years of sales, administrative, and customer service experience here in Tennessee.
Kaileigh Plant
Kaileigh serves as Team Nicholson's Accounting Manager, based in our downtown Clarksville, TN, office. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and is passionate about lifelong learning. Originally from Orlando, FL, Kaileigh, her husband, and her son now call Tennessee home.
Summer Noorani Goff
A valued member of Team Nicholson since the beginning of 2023, Summer began her journey with the company as an Accounting Clerk. Summer is originally from California, but now calls Clarksville, TN, home.
Reagan Nicholson
Since 2019, Reagan has been a valued member of Team Nicholson's Accounting department. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from local Austin Peay State University and works in our downtown Clarksville, Tennessee, office. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her beloved golden doodle, Molly.
Rayven Threlkeld
Now a member of our Accounting Team, Rayven has worn many hats at Team Nicholson. She first served as a Fire Technician, then Administrative Assistant, Construction Job File Coordinator, and now Accounting Clerk. Rayven is passionate about the SERVPRO brand and strives to learn as many aspects of the business as possible.
Victoria Hunt
A member of our staff since 2021, Victoria Hunt serves as Team Nicholson's Digital Marketing Director. She brings nearly 10 years experience in digital media, franchise marketing, and brand management. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from Westfield State University. Originally from Massachusetts, Victoria now resides in Middle Tennessee with her dog and pet rabbits.
Taylor Dennis
Taylor serves as Team Nicholson's Digital Marketing Support Specialist. She is a Tennessee native who graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Marketing degree in 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
Rebecca Crow
Rebecca is the Digital Media Content Specialist on our Regional Team at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. This Tennessee native joined our team in 2021 with a PR bachelors from Austin Peay and a variety of work experience. Rebecca enjoys spending time with her incredible husband and her church family.
Jeff Williams
Jeff joined Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson in 2016 as Director of Large Loss Operations, bringing extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial mitigation. He holds IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire + Smoke Restoration, Carpet Repair + Reinstallation, and Upholstery + Fabric Cleaning. Affectionately known as The Godfather of Large Loss, Jeff has managed more than $50M worth of large scale disaster recovery projects.
Kevin Woodard
Joining Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson in 2016, Kevin brings many years of commercial restoration experience to his Project Manager role. He holds IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Upholstery + Fabric Cleaning, Fire + Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Lead Renovator. When not traveling for work, he enjoys assisting our local franchises.
Bobby Glover
Joining our team in 2021, Bobby serves as Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's Large Loss Crew Chief. In this role, he enjoys ensuring projects run smoothly by assisting with job set up, documentation, monitoring progress, and helping manage production.
Gavin Parchman
Our most tenured Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson Project Manager, Gavin has been a leader and teacher on our Large Loss team since 2015. As a strong communicator, he works to ensure client satisfaction and offers a high degree of professionalism on the job. A native of our headquarters city, Clarksville, TN, Gavin now calls our St. Petersburg, FL, location home.
Billy Morrison
Serving as Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's Large Loss Construction Division Manager, Billy is committed to ensuring safety, managing risk, mentoring team members, complying with industry standards, and guaranteeing client satisfaction when it comes to reconstruction of large losses. He has been a valued member of our team since 2015.
Tristen Williams
Bringing more than 5 years experience with the SERVPRO brand and in the restoration industry, Tristen is one of Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's valued Large Loss Project Managers. He holds IICRC accreditation in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration Tech, and Commercial Drying Specialty. Tristen's strong work ethic and attention to detail ensure commercial clients expectations are met.
Rhett Newton
Rhett comes to Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson after years with our SERVPRO of Central St. Petersburg/Pinellas Park franchise location where he served as Sales + Marketing Manager. He now applies his industry knowledge and customer service skills as our Large Loss Production Manager.
David Harkness
Prior to joining Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson as our Large Loss Resource Coordinator in 2021, David worked in real estate, home renovation, inspection, industrial repair, maintenance, and emergency management for more than 30 years. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his beloved wife and family.

Vickie Felts is our HR Manager in Clarksville on our Regional Team. She has over 16 years of HR experience, bringing tremendous value to our unique way of operating. We’re grateful to have her expertise in our team.
Michael Batson
Michael Batson serves as our in-house CPA and Strategic Analyst. He is a Tennessee native, having grown up in southern Montgomery County, attending Montgomery Central High School. After graduating from APSU in 1993 with a degree in Business Administration, he obtained his CPA. Currently, he lives on a family farm with his wife, two daughters, two cats, and his puppy Herschel. He enjoys cattle farming, hunting and spending time on the lake.

Tashauna Johnson is our Accounting Manager with us on our Regional Team. Coming to us at SERVPRO Team Nicholson from our Gallatin, TN, corporate offices, she has years of proven experience with our brand and expertise in her field.
BJ Clifton
BJ is one of our Regional Trainers, bringing us over 13 years of experience in the field upon joining our team in 2023. Recognized as a Journeyman in textile and fire restoration, he holds a remarkable collection of certifications, including UFT, WRT, ASD, OCT, CCT, FSRT, and TCST. He continues to excel in his craft, earning the trust and admiration of clients and colleagues alike.
Karla Ferrer
Karla Daboin is one of our Crew Chiefs here at SERVPRO Team Nicholson in Memphis, Tennessee. She is responsible for leading a crew on all jobs pertaining to fire and water damage, as well as microbial remediation.

Sharon is our office training support specialist on Team Nicholson in Memphis, Tennessee. Before coming to SERVPRO, she had been working in education, serving as a technology coach, school principal, and assistant principal.
