Flood Damaged Commercial Property
This facility in Kimbrough Wood was flooded after a recent storm which needed a lot of equipment to have it dried out. Air movement is vital in the drying process. Not only does it help speed up evaporations, it also does not allow for mold spores to settle on the wet area and begin to grow. Speeding up evaporation creates the problem of having too much humidity which can cause secondary damage to ceilings, pictures, and doors. Each will swell and warp when humidity is too high. The after pictures shows our air movers and dehumidifiers working hard to keep the balance of drying in the building.
