Mold from Old Water Leak Discovered in Germantown, TN

An ongoing leak in this master bedroom caused unseen secondary damages to this Germantown, TN home. The walls became so saturated over time that demolition was required to dry the structure and remediate mold caused by the water leak. SERVPRO of Germantown/Collierville removed and discarded the vanity as required by written protocol from an environmental hygienist. HEPA air filtration, commonly called an air scrubber, and containment, was used throughout the job to keep the dust at a minimum and potentially dangerous mold spores out of the home. With the mold removed, the home was then ready to replace the bathroom fixtures.
