This home took in water after a storm past through the night. The homeowners woke up to squishy carpet and padding in their bare feet, one of the worst feelings in the world. The absolute worst feeling is stepping on wet carpet in your socks.

After calling their insurance agent they were referred to SERVPRO of Germantown/Collierville as we were the closest and most prepared. There were many homes that were damaged and but we had extra equipment and personnel on standby knowing that there would be a lot of damaged properties needing help after the storm.
