High Humidity in Kimbrough Wood Building

The bathroom of of this building suffered a leaking pipe that was not fixed right away. The pipe continued to leak behind the wall and finally broke flooding the room. However, most of the water went down the drain and nobody thought of it too much until the ceiling tiles and walls started to sag. The humidity was too much for the little bathroom causing the moisture to permeate the ceiling tiles and walls. When the paint started to fall off the manager of the company gave SERVPRO of Germantown/Collierville a call. We restored the bathroom making it look brand new.
