Collierville Boutique Broken Pipe Water Loss

Broken pipes can happen under many different circumstances. The most often we see are nail in pipes and ones that are frozen. This time it was a seal that loosened and broke leaving the boutique flooded from end to end as seen in the before picture.

The owners of the boutique were very worried about their wood floors but called SERVPRO of Germantown/Collierville in time to have them saved. We removed all the water and even disinfected the floors before getting them dried. Although our equipment was still drying the floor, the boutique was able to open their doors the next day.
